Responsibilities

• In this role, you will provide outstanding technical and customer support to VIZIO customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience with each interaction.
• Youll troubleshoot technical issues by actively listening to customers and identifying solutions based on their concerns.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking calls and troubleshooting steps using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Youll engage with and learn about cutting-edge consumer technology products.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 6 months experience addressing and responding to customer requests in a contact center or retail industry environment.
• 6 months experience with basic computer processing/data entry software.
• You have completed a GED or high school diploma and are recognized as a reliable team player with attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• In retail, contact center operations, or a related area

Location and schedule

The position is in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. This is an onsite, non-remote role with open availability required for shifts ranging Monday-Friday 7am to 8pm.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be paid in certain circumstances ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
