The incumbent in this position is responsible for washing dishes, pots, etc., and ensuring their cleanliness.
Clean floors, floor mats; drains, sweeps and mops all major traffic areas of kitchen.
Clean kettles, ovens, hoods, fryers, flat top broiler, and spider top all built in equipment and equipment too large for the pot sinks or dishes machine.
Polish all stainless steel in kitchen area.
Responsible for use and knowledge of several chemicals. Must use protective gloves and eyewear periodically throughout shift.
Keep work area (floor, machine, shelving, carts, etc.) clean.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
