Security Officer - Facility Rounds

As a Security Officer - Facility Rounds in Dakota City, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed.

Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols related to access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
