Client Service Representative - Remote

We partner with unions, credit unions, associations, and their members across Canada to provide permanent benefits that protect what matters most. Responsibilities

• Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom
• Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation
• Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
• Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
• 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred
