Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Innovation, will be responsible for supporting revenue growth initiatives around innovation through data analysis, insights generation, and strategic recommendations the innovation portfolio. Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager, RGM Analytics, this role focuses on analyzing pricing, promotions, and product performance to uncover opportunities that drive profitability and growth for Innovation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover revenue growth opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on PPA, pricing and promotion strategies and optimize revenue and profitability with new innovations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders post launch.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, industry dynamics, and consumer behavior to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain, to align on revenue optimization goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analytics.
- Curious with critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and with ambiguity.
- Effective communicator, able to articulate and present recommendations to brand and innovation teams.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Brand Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, brand management or a similar role. Exposure to pricing, promotions, or financial performance analytics is preferred.
- Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques. Knowledge of marketing and financial performance metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills to present data findings clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Nielsen / IRI data. Familiarity with Numerator, or other panel data is preferred.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is preferred. Experience with FMMC is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

The base pay range for this position is $84,648 to $118,507 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
