Sr Analyst, Revenue Growth Management is responsible for the overall improvement of sales related investments within the Grocery/Club Channel. The Sr. Analyst owns ROI improvement on expenditures such as Variable Trade, Slotting, Field Marketing, and other customer related spending. Reviews customer level trade programming and recommends ways to improve ROI. Works cross-functionally with sales teams to explain programming changes and implementation recommendations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluates all trade programs within the Grocery/Club channels to ensure that ROI is accretive to margin targets and in line with customer performance expectations.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on promotions and optimize revenue and profitability within the key customers and channel. Identify opportunities and elevate growth potential within the customer segments.
  • Build analytical reporting to conduct pre- and post-promotion analysis to enhance ROI, efficiency, and incremental sales
  • Conduct research on channel trends, competitor trade activities, to support effective promotional programming.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, to align on investment level. Act as trusted partner, effectively managing relationships with business development managers.
  • Support the development of scenario models to identify incremental trade opportunities quickly.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analytics.
  • Curious with critical thinking skills. Continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work independently and with ambiguity.
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate and present recommendations to the sales team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Brand Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, brand management or a similar role. Exposure to pricing, promotions, or financial performance analytics is preferred.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing and financial performance metrics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to present data findings clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Nielsen/IRI data.
  • Familiarity with Numerator, or other panel data is preferred.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is preferred.
  • Experience with FMMC is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to challenges

The base pay range for this position is $84,648 to $118,507 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
