Job Description
Machine Builder Position Overview:

Key Qualifications:
- Experience operating lathes, mills, drill presses, and surface grinders.
- Strong desire to learn the machine-building process, including debugging and installation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Willingness to collaborate, learn from others, and work as a team.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Assist Machine Builders with equipment assembly while adhering to quality standards.
- Learn processes, methods, and expectations from Lead Builders.
- Perform machining and modifications to ensure proper fit and function of components.
- Work closely with Engineers, Electricians, and other team members to troubleshoot and optimize builds.
- Stay up to date with technological advancements in automation and related industries.
- Understand customer expectations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout all tasks.
