Job Details

Key Accountability. Transports specimens, supplies, parcels, and written communication between laboratory and outreach clients while driving a licensed UPH vehicle. Loads and unloads vehicle while maintaining the integrity of specimens for shipment, room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen. Maintains pickup and delivery records for the pick-ups, deliveries, and responds to STAT and unusual delivery and/or pick-up requests in a timely manner. Maintains the cleanliness of the UPH vehicle; interior and exterior. Coordinates the scheduled maintenance such as an oil changes, tire rotations etc. Basic UPH Performance Criteria Demonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines. Demonstrates ability to meet business needs of department with regular, reliable attendance. Employee maintains current licenses and/or certifications required for the position.
