IMKO is hiring Forklift Operators to move products in a busy plant on the 1st and Mid-Day Shifts! Forklift Operators will keep the product flowing through the plant. Forklift Operators will be working in a cooler and does require previous five years stand-up/set down and high reach forklift experience. Forklift Operators must be able to work in a freezer environment. Forklift Operator responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to: pulling product to fill orders; this will include case picking and pulling full pallets. Ability to understand and use the handled scanner. Ability to catch errors and report them immediately. Ability to use standup forklifts, high reach trucks and provide certification or become certified. Will be taught to understand and identify each product and its representing code. Will need to be able to work in -10* environment for extended periods of time. Must be able to provide work boots and cold weather gear upstart until gear can be ordered. Able to work alone or with a team to pick and fulfill orders. If able to or willing to, they will be trained on the shag truck. Ability to unload trailers and understand what product is coming in. Ability to label products correctly and identify what labels go onto each pallet. Ability to store products correctly in the racks using the handhelds and identify errors and report them. Ability to load trailer following correct loading patterns and by proper stops. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license. Pass drug screen and background check.
