Monday-Thursday: 0600-1500 (9-hour shift including a 30-minute uncompensated meal break)
Friday: 0600-1230 (6.5-hour shift including a 30-minute uncompensated meal break)
Pay Rate: $15 - $20

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and supply management support to the Regional Dental Laboratory.
  • Perform computer-based data entry for all dental laboratory cases, including receipt, processing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of dental prosthetic and appliance cases using approved courier services (UPS, FedEx, etc.), maintaining detailed shipment records.
  • Generate, compile, and distribute workload and production reports including DIRS, MEPRS, and QAR.
  • Maintain statistical logs, tracking sheets, and inventory documentation to ensure supply readiness.
  • Support financial and administrative recordkeeping by maintaining monthly billing, correspondence, and case tracking records.
  • Organize and maintain the laboratory's mailroom operations, ensuring timely distribution of mail and materials.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as computers, fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
  • Respond to phone inquiries courteously, ensuring calls are appropriately routed and messages accurately recorded.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, monitoring supply levels, and coordinating reorder requests to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all records, ensuring compliance with government policies and privacy requirements.
  • Support quality assurance efforts and assist in periodic audits, briefings, and meetings as directed by government supervisors.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of general office experience including data entry, document management, and use of Microsoft Office applications. 1 year in a healthcare or laboratory environment preferred.
License/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or ARC).
Other Requirements: Must be a US Citizen.
