The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision and direction for all academic programs and initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the institution's mission, values, and strategic priorities. This role involves supervising and evaluating academic and student affairs staff, overseeing curriculum development, and leading efforts to improve instructional efficiency. The Provost/VPAA will also be a key player in the design and implementation of new academic programs, with a focus on enrollment growth and student success, and will serve as the chief academic officer, fostering a vibrant, student-centered learning environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience in academic restructuring, interdisciplinary program development, and a proven track record in academic innovation, particularly in resource-constrained settings.
