Overview

We're hiring! Our E-Commerce Team is looking for a Shipping and Support Associate to join us. In this role, you'll help pack and ship customer orders, support customers with questions, and assist with day-to-day tasks to keep things running smoothly. Position

Base pay range: $16.53/hr - $16.94/hr

Note: This range is provided by Goodwill of the Great Plains. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship Shopgoodwill.com orders and book orders.
• Maintain high level of care in packing items to ensure they are not damaged in shipping.
• Print shipping labels and properly apply them to packages ready to be shipped.
• Transport packages ready to ship to the designated pickup area.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously with in-store pickups.
• Respond to customer inquiries through the Shopgoodwill customer service ticket system, email, and phone.
• List books for sale online using inventory management software.
• Perform departmental support-related duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Clean criminal background check
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English in order to navigate websites and respond to customers
• Ability to learn basic computer skills using MS Office and the shopgoodwill.com website.
