The part-time Operations Crew Leader will report to the Operations Supervisor and/or Manager. This position will supervise/work alongside the operations team to participate in conversions, event set ups, event break downs, and oversee day-to-day operations of the facility etc. Position Details:Part-time position. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until January 2, 2026. Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events (setting up and tearing down various floorings, portable chairs, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment)Overseeing daily operations of the crew, providing training and guidance to new crew members while ensuring crew members adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
