The Production Supervisor's primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the production team. The Production Supervisor ensures the staff achieves required production and quality standards in a safe manner, and for promoting and maintaining positive working relationships with the production group. This position ensures timely and cost-efficient production and distribution of Company products. This position has the authority to make day-to-day decisions based upon established policy and procedures.
