You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, assessing needs and developing care plans to improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plans and provides nutritional care for participants
Assesses nutritional needs and develops care plans
Evaluates and reports nutritional results
Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Obtains and evaluates nutritional and medical history
Recommends and implements nutrition interventions
Completes nutrition assessments per regulatory guidelines
Instructs participants and staff on diet and food safety
Documents participant information in the EMR
Attends Interdisciplinary Team meetings
Schedule and Shift Details
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Qualifications Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and/or food and nutrition that meets or exceeds the requirement by the American Dietetic Association for the registration examination.
Successful completion of internship or coordinated undergraduate program that meets the American Dietetic Association guidelines.
License(s)/Certification(s)
Registration or registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Licensed or licensed eligible with the State of Iowa
Current CPR/BCLS certification
Maintains current Adult Mandatory Reporter status
Maintains American National Standards Institute accredited food protection/safety certification (i.e. ServSafe Food Protection Manager/Certified Food Safety Manager) or obtained within 90 days for new hire.
Valid driver's license Valid Auto insurance
