Description:

Utilizing initiative and independent judgment, the Assistant General Manager under the direction of the General Manager, will oversee all full time employees and assist with the management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, security, IT, production, technology, partnerships, special events, community relations, sustainability, branding, and all other related departments with a primary focus on the Sioux City Convention Center. This executive support the sales team with maximizing the number of events and revenue opportunities at the venue and the development of regional and national convention/meeting business. This role pays an annual salary of $85,000-$95,000 and is bonus eligible Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until January 9, 2026.
