About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of two residential communities in Sioux City, IA. The Property Manager will lead the team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets financial, operational, and compliance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
  • Supervise and support on-site team members
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and all applicable housing regulations
  • Coordinate leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and vendor services
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of property management experience required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license and smartphone required
  • Ability to handle after-hours emergencies
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • OneSite and affordable housing program experience
  • Background in sales/marketing
