As COO, you will provide strategic leadership to Sales Managers, Producers, and Risk Control Representatives, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution across all functions. You will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making and strong sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across the organization.
• Implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to increase sales, drive efficiencies, and deliver exceptional service.
• Identify and execute opportunities for growth in the commercial trucking insurance market.
• Ensure alignment of performance metrics with agency goals, leveraging data insights to guide decision-making.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience with Commercial insurance agency.
• Strong sales and business development background, with a track record of a strong book of commercial trucking business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set vision, and execute strategy.
• Analytical mindset with experience applying data insights to improve performance.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
