Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.
Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
Work with business users to define, analyze, and prioritize problems, and align appropriate technical solutions.
Develop, document, and manage requirements, providing detailed design and business rules to support project goals.
Review system test plans, execute system tests, and ensure end-user documentation and training are accurate.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver products and services, providing advanced input on processes and procedures.
Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in Business Management/Information Systems with 2 years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 1-year relevant experience.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of system development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and data analysis.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in finance/accounting processes, with experience in data integration and analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and deliver training.
Certifications: Scrum Master certification is a plus.
