Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents and draft correspondence.
• Perform legal research and collect and summarize relevant case information.
• Cite-check, proofread, and Bluebook legal documents.
• Coordinate legal projects and provide general substantive case support as needed.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and trials.

What Were Looking For:

• At least five (5) years of experience as a paralegal in an AmLaw firm. A Bachelors degree is required, with specific experience managing IP litigation matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly team player who enjoys working closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, producing quality work.
• Flexible and able to accommodate long hours and sporadic travel.
