• Monday - Friday 7 am - 5:30 pm with additional shift options available
• 12 cases per day in OR plus 4 - 5 outside OR cases
• Facility runs 5 OR rooms with a 6th room for specialized procedures
• CRNAs provide in-house first-call coverage with anesthesiologist backup
• Cases include ortho, OB, thoracic, general surgery -- no hearts or neuro
• Weekend and night call with reported low callback frequency
• Services include OR, cath lab, pulmonology, and IR procedures
