Wilson Trailer Company in Mankato, MN, is looking for a full-time branch clerk. This position requires a person with good communication skills, customer service and computer skills.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receives and distributes all incoming calls.
• Invoices new and used trailers.
• Work with finance companies to complete and secure all documents required for financing new and used trailers.
• Code all invoices and tire tax forms related trailer invoicing.
• Complete bank deposits and maintain cash control sheets.
• Posts cash receipts to customer accounts.
• Posts cash receipts to Sioux City A/R report.
• Maintain, reconcile and code petty cash expenditures, postage meter and other cash transactions.
• Maintain branch new and used trailer inventory files.
• Keep control of used trailer titles and new MSOs.
• Files repair invoices and related data with each trailer.
• Post all new and used trailer sales in serial record book.
• Close out end-of-month and prepare various end-of-the-month reports.
• Mail out accounts receivable monthly statements.
• Assemble monthly used trailer inventory levels report
• Codes accounts receivables and accounts payables for processing.
• Process parts and service invoices.
• Assist Parts Manager with cycle counts and annual parts inventory.
• Pick-up, sort and distribute all incoming mail daily. Processes daily outgoing mail through postage meter and delivers to Post Office.
• Operates computer, fax, postage machine and other office equipment with proficiency. Assist other personnel with the operation of computers and software.
