As a Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Decision Support, you will lead marketing efforts for Radiometers CDS portfolio. Your responsibilities include developing strategies to grow revenue, generate leads, and support sales with compelling tools and messaging.

This role reports to the Director, Marketing and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product marketing strategy, increase product awareness, and generate leads through integrated campaigns.
• Develop clinical value messaging, create content for clinical personas, and build sales support tools.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Clinical teams to align strategies.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or sales, with a focus on healthcare software or clinical decision support tools, including lead generation and digital campaigns.
• Understanding of healthcare software solutions and clinical buying processes, with ability to translate clinical insights into messaging.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Ads), MS Office, and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English.

Additional details:

• Approximately 30% travel, including international trips.
• Knowledge of ICU, ED, or laboratory clinical environments is a plus.
