What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and areas of focus
- Qualify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop a pipeline of new opportunities through sole source, RFP responses, and client referrals
- Prepare and perform annual customer reviews and surveys, illustrating product value to drive growth
- Leverage the CRM to manage accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Greater than 5 years of experience with a proven record of success in sales
- A track record of making or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of cross-functional teamwork in all activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SF.com, with an aptitude for learning new systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the software industry, particularly enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
