Responsibilities

• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases or to provide legal opinions; analyze legal issues and provide recommendations based on research findings.
• Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on cases, and address their legal concerns; interview clients and witnesses to collect relevant information.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings; prepare and present oral arguments on behalf of clients.
• Case Management: Manage and oversee the progress of legal cases from inception to resolution; work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Legal Counseling: Provide legal advice and counsel to clients; participate in client meetings to discuss legal strategies and potential outcomes.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures; stay informed about changes in the legal landscape that may affect cases.
• Document Review: Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements; identify legal issues and provide recommendations for action.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree; valid law degree and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years experience in employment law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Proficient in legal research and staying current with legal developments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals.
• Effective time management to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Adherence to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
