We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to provide leadership and support across all areas of HR. This role will partner with site leadership to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support organizational growth through effective talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Lead payroll processing, attendance tracking, and wage administration.
  • Manage performance management programs, training initiatives, and employee development.
  • Support employee engagement through communications, events, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain HR compliance, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and performance coaching.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in employee and labor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, payroll, training, and compliance practices.
  • SHRM certification preferred or interest in obtaining.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
