This position will report to the Sr. Director - Integrated Business Planning and Product Development. This position is responsible for providing end-to-end analytics for commercial & supply chain planning and supporting all of integrated business planning functions. This role will provide analytical support, actionable reporting, interpreting data into meaningful information and recommendations to be used for driving the business

Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to analyze large complex information and able to create dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare and present analysis at various IBP meetings; explaining financial variances to forecast, plan, budget, as well as other ad-hoc scenario analysis as requested.
• Be curious with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and with ambiguity.
• Responsible for understanding and utilizing both internal and external data sources to ensure an accurate forecast (i.e. Arkieva, Llamasoft, Nielsen, and IRI).
• Effective communicator, able to articulate and present recommendations to all departments and levels in the organization.
• Assist in development of KPIs to assess and monitor demand and supply results. Check and ensure the quality and accuracy of data gathered, utilized, and reported.
• Continuous improvement: development, process map, and document instructions for solutions and work processes.
• Proactively identify and communicate financial and business issues on a timely basis.

• BS/BA required, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain Management or Business Management
• 5+ years of progressive experience in demand or supply chain environment, data visualization, data mining 3+ years' experience in Systems: Microsoft platforms; SAP, Tableau, Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Demand or supply chain, financial reporting and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Data mining skills. Must possess effective communication, organization, problem solving, data mining and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking.
