Job Details

Business Excellence - Receive new design requests directly from customers, sales partners, customer service reps, or business unit resource manager and gather key specification data - Translate requirements and specification data to conceptualize and create packaging that meets customers needs and expectations - Produce product design documentation such as concept sketches, technical drawings, and illustrations that define and communicate design intent - Execute creative and technical design activities to produce visual and physical packaging samples - Visit customer facility/plant to understand potential issues they are having and revise product design (e.g. a box getting jammed in the case erectors results in modified dimensions and/or tapering) - Leverage expertise and knowledge of corrugated facility and machinery, board combinations, retailers wants and needs, and customers capabilities (e.g. packing, filling equipment, automatic case erecting) to inform product design - Collab...Graphic Design, Design, Business Services, Customer
