Project Manager
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to contribute to our growth team focused on supporting and expanding local church-based programs. This internal leader will manage operations across multiple locations, with a special emphasis on launching new child care centers inside of churches. The role is ideal for someone with deep experience in facilities development, retail, growth, and licensing, who thrives in fast-paced environments where thoughtful decision-making and strong partnerships drive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal project management efforts for growth-focused initiatives tied to local churches (PLAs).
• Spearhead new school and childcare center openings; navigate licensing, facilities setup, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with external project manager to ensure alignment and execution of strategic deals.
• Serve as a key decision-maker and connector-knowing who to talk to, when to act, and how to remove roadblocks.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to location expansion and operational scale.
• Elevate existing strategies with high-level insights, drawing from hands-on experience opening and operating new spaces.

• Proven experience opening new facilities, schools, or childcare spaces.
• Strong working knowledge of regulations, licensing procedures, and facility planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution.
• Not a technical role-this position suits someone with practical, operational expertise rather than IT or engineering skills.
• Experience working alongside external vendors or project managers is a plus.
