Project Manager Assistant

Job Summary

The Project Manager Assistant's primary responsibility is to support the Project Manager in the successful completion of assigned projects. The Assistant Project Manager participates in managing project financials, risk management, and client relations. This position reports to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
• Manage project files and flow of information for assigned projects.
• Participate in developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Assist Project Manager with project financials and cost procedures.
• Receive efficient information from customers.
• Create and follow up with customers on bid proposals sent.
• Work on any other projects as assigned by the Manager(s).
• Must be able to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding and knowledge of the construction industry, contract management, planning, budgets, and building products.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail to proof all work for accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize projects effectively.
• Consistent focus and reliability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be able to sit for several hours at a time.
• Good finger dexterity (most of the day spent using a computer and keyboard).

Pay Rate: DOE

Pay Cycle: Weekly

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM

Location: North Sioux City, SD 57049
