• Salary range: $81,400 - $101,800 (Salary will be based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

What's involved in this role:

• Develop and implement transformation processes to enhance operational yield performance.

• Collaborate with plant management and corporate functions to define project scope, process design, as well as capital and expense estimates.

• Select contractors/vendors and specify equipment for projects.

• Coordinate execution plans with a focus on achieving measurable results.

• Assess plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material usage.

• Troubleshoot operational issues, design effective solutions, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Develop process designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for both optimization and new installations.

• Monitor projects while considering impacts on staff, quality, and safety; manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

• Utilize data from equipment and ERP systems to analyze raw material losses and yield efficiency.

What you need to join our team:

• 1-5 years in project engineering roles.
• Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes.
• Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Degree.
