Food Service Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day most likely will include the following responsibilities: Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement. Including planning food service transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, promotions and price change workload. Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends). Assign daily tasks to T - Ms based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader. Assess Food Service back of house, production areas, dining spaces and merchandising spaces to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels. Walk Food & Beverage Standards and Food Service routines daily to assess priorities and review reporting to identify business gaps for follow-up.
