Concessions Coordinator duties include but not limited to the following:
- ensure each event is staffed adequately
- prepares food for events (prior to teams working it)
- trains teams on setting up, cleaning and running equipment
- responsible for menu items ex. meal combos
- teach customer service
- work with vendors to provide products ex. Pepsi / Sam's Club
- responsible for ensuring concession stands are stocked
- work flexible schedule (nights and weekends)
