friendly, and experienced Call Center Representatives to accompany their remote team!

Position: Medical Call Center Reps
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Sat. (8hr Shift between these hours will be scheduled)

Start Date: MID MAY 2025

Job Details:

• Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls.
• Provide good customer service and empathy.
• Using computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A SATURDAY!
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
• Must live in the state of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
