Job duties include:Guest Services: 90%Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Anticipate and respond to guest requests. Handle billing questions or inquiries. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Administrative: 10%Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working. Comply at all times with hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations; exceeding Marriott standard.
