Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in industrial and commercial construction is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and plans
