Summer school will be held in person at the Middle School with an emphasis on Math, Language Arts, Science, History, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Physical Education (P.E.) instruction. Instruction will happen in a collaborative manner using Learning Blade, a STEM career readiness program with embedded Language Arts, Math, Science & History instruction. A self-contained EL program will also be staffed during Summer School. Teachers will also chaperone periodic field trips during Summer School.

Schedule (dates/hours):
*Barring any additional make-up days be needed.*

• Paid Learning Blade training prior to start of Summer School date/time TBD
• Prior to June 3rd up to 6 hours of paid prep time week of May 26th
• June 2nd through June 27th (M-F) 7:45 am until 12:15 pm
• Wrap up: Up to 6 hours of time for reporting and clean up by end of the day June 27

• Candidates must hold a current Nebraska teaching certificate.
• Certified staff pay rate is $35.00 per hour up to $210.00/day.
