The Sanitation Supervisor will:

• Lead and manage Sanitation team members, overseeing cleaning and sanitation processes.
• Maintain and update the master cleaning and sanitation schedule as well as ensure adherence to preventative maintenance programs.
• Evaluate and address food safety risks, and audit sanitation practices and documentation.
• Manage allergen swab programs, conduct internal audits and liaise with USDA.

The Sanitation Supervisor should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry/Microbiology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant sanitation, food safety, or quality assurance, with Sanitation Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• HACCP and SQF certifications preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
