**Material Handler**

**Waterloo, IA**

**$17-19/hour**

Our manufacturing client in Waterloo, IA is looking to hire a Material Handler. This full-time positions regular work schedule is: **6:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Monday -Friday.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Receive, organize, and physically move material throughout the facility

* Package product for secure shipment

* Operate fork truck

* Regularly perform transactions in the ERP system and web-based carrier portals to complete shipping and receiving tasks

* Other duties as assigned

**Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* Prior experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment desired.

* Effective communication and listening skills

* Superior attention to detail and multitasking ability

* Ability to operate pallet jack, fork truck, wrapping equipment, etc.

* Experience using ERP system, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word), navigating web-based freight carrier and shipping portals is also required.

* Valid drivers license

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
