** Responsibilities**

* Know Xtream Arena and City of Coralville parking policies/procedures
* Greet and direct guests entering parking lots
* Function as money collectors during paid parking events
* Check pass holders (suites, media, staff, etc.) and direct to appropriate designated parking
* Direct patrons into and out of Xtream Arena parking lots to expedite traffic pre and post
event
* Communicate parking information to the public to park cars quickly and efficiently
* Assist with the set-up and tear down of parking equipment including cones, barricades, etc.
* Assists motorists with any automotive problems by calling proper service as needed
* Patrols area to deter vandalism and bootlegging
* Assist with parking lot cleanup post event
* Work in a variety of parking locations and positions
* Identify and problem solve parking issues; prevent when possible


** Qualifications**

* Must be prepared to work in various climate conditions (i.e. rain, snow, hot & cold weather)
* Ability to do general arithmetic
* Ability to speak and understand English
* Physical strength required performing assigned tasks. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
* Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
