As a Food Server you would be responsible for:

* Maintaining knowledge of available menu items.

* Ensuring optimum level of guest satisfaction.

* Assist guests in selecting side dishes and drinks.

* Communicating with Culinary staff any special food requirements.

* Develop and maintain friendly relationship with all guests and co-workers.

* Manage guests questions and ensure appropriate resolution.

* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of services.

* Manage customers after meals and assist in arranging table and dining counter.

* Perform other duties are required.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** Prior food service experience preferred.

**LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:** Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.
