**As a hotel front desk agent, you should have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shifts. Previous front office or receptionist experience is preferred.**

**Responsibilities:**
* **Supervises front office staff and bell staff as needed.**
* **Insures all daily functions from checklist are completed.**
* **Check guests in and out of room.**
* **Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.**
* **Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.**
* **Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the hotel.**
